I describe it as a transformation from within, the recognition of who we are and the path that we are to walk based on our experiences. Through conscious movement we understand the calm and clarity to be present on our life and ultimately to awake our inner self. That’s what we learn through our mindful movement classes — LOVE
I have been teaching more than 5 years as Pilates instructor and I have always been in love with the barre and yoga practices; so I came to unify the 3 of those disciplines together with animal flow to create what I call a mindful movement practice in where you get to feel your body talking to you and coming out of your mind to really feel what is to live yourself and aligned to your purpose.
