The Butcher’s Daughter is a plant-forward restaurant, cafe, juice bar & “vegetable slaughterhouse.” We treat fruits and vegetables as a butcher would meat: chopping, filleting & carving fresh produce into healthy vegetarian dishes and pressing them into pretty juices.
Our five locations serve breakfast, lunch, dinner & weekend brunch. We take pride in our daily-changing menu, which is 100% vegetarian, with many vegan and gluten-free options.
We are committed to buying produce from local and organic farms. The fruits and veggies taste better and it supports our community’s sustainability. We also design or menus so that you can “eat with the season”. Each month brings new produce highlighted in special dishes, juices & cocktails at each of our restaurants.
